Traveling On My Knees

Last night I took a journey
To a land across the seas.
I didn’t go by ship or plane-
I traveled on my knees.















I saw so many people there
In bondage to their sin,
And Jesus told me I should go,
Some of these souls to win.

But I said, “Lord, I cannot go
To lands across the seas”.
He answered quickly, “Yes you can,
By traveling on your knees”.










He said, “You pray; I’ll meet the need.
You call, and I will hear.
It’s up to you to be concerned
For lost souls far and near”.










And so I did. I knelt in prayer,
Gave up some hours of ease,
And with the Savior by my side,
I traveled on my knees.

As I prayed, I saw souls saved
And twisted natures healed,
I saw God’s workers’ strength renewed
While laboring in the field.

I said, “Yes, Lord, I’ll take the job.
For You I want to please.
I’ve heard Your call and I will go
By traveling on my knees.

Be Still and Know that He is God!

Often times these questions arise,
"What must I do tomorrow?"
"Where must I go after this?"
I have not the answers.
Yet, my Beloved knows.
He will lead me,
He will teach me,
But only one day at a time.
So, take comfort, my soul!
Be still and know that He is God.
Rest in Him,
He really does care.
Yes, nothing can separate me from His love...

My younger sister, Wenny. She's far in distance, yet she's near in heart. She is newly saved and currently studying in China. Please pray the Lord will send at least one GENUINE and MATURE Christian to befriend her so that she will grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Since she is now a child of God, please pray the Lord will direct her path regarding the second most important decision she will make in her life, that is, discerning whether or not it is God's will for her to one day marry her long-time boyfriend, Rizal. Please pray the Lord will save Rizal, too. Please pray the Lord will guide both of them according to His will ~Lenny

The Lord has answered so many prayers. Praise Him! Thank you for all of you who have been praying for us. God is still working on the rest of my "not-yet-saved" family members. Please continue praying so that one day, this statement will be true to us, either for my current family (the Hartonos) or for my new family one day, Lord willing:
"As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15.

Before the throne of God above
I have a strong and perfect plea.
A great high Priest whose Name is Love
Who ever lives and pleads for me.
My name is graven on His hands,
My name is written on His heart.
I know that while in heaven He stands
No tongue can bid me thence depart.

When Satan tempts me to despair
And tells me of the guilt within,
Upward I look and see Him there
Who made an end of all my sin.
Because the sinless Savior died
My sinful soul is counted free.
For God the just is satisfied
